From approximately 20:00 UTC on Friday, June 19, 2020 to 13:59 UTC on Saturday, June 20, 2020 users were unable to create or update creatives assigned with template id 4 due to a registration issue.
During the incident window clients were unable to create or update creatives using template id 4.

The root cause of this issue was a change made to creative template 4 that caused a client registration error for use of this template.
The appropriate registration fields were updated to allow client use of creative template 4.
