From approximately 07:15 UTC to 09:03 UTC on Friday, December 13, users were unable to edit Line Items in the UI.
During the incident window, UI components failed to retrieving Line Item information, resulting in errors and blank editing pages.
While trying to prevent the same incidents from happening again while a permanent solution is deployed a bug was introduced in the responsible service.
Restarting the service that caused the incident.
